About Us

Collaboration with Grzegorz Parczewski

A few years ago, we began a fruitful collaboration with Grzegorz Parczewski, the owner and head chef of the Villa Calvados restaurant in Bydgoszcz.

Grzegorz is also the President of the Kujawy and Pomerania Chefs' Association, a lecturer at the Academy of Taste (Akademia Smaku), and a BBQ World Champion. While Grzegorz’s culinary titles and achievements are numerous, what matters most to us is that he is our mentor and friend. We especially value the way he supports us with his wealth of experience and insightful feedback.

We are committed to maintaining an exceptionally high standard of cuisine; therefore, we constantly hone our skills, travel to discover diverse regional flavors, seek out unique spices, and experiment with modern cooking techniques. We believe our guests will appreciate this dedication in the rich flavors and beautiful presentation of the dishes we serve.
